Calculating the Body Mass Index:

If you want to know are you underweight, overweight or normal, you should calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index).

It's easy, just insert your weight and height in this formula:
(lbs / (in2)) x 703 = BMI

Or use the metric formula:
(kg / (m2)) = BMI
